Our Board of Trustees comprises seven parents of students currently enrolled in the school and are responsible for the governance of the school. They form the framework and laws, which serve as guidelines to manage the administrative operations of the school.

BIS is managed and run by the Head of School who is in charge of the day-to-day management and is the legal representative of the school. The Head of School is assisted by the faculty.
